Who doesn’t love curry? My husband is well….so so. We have had this dish twice in the last two weeks and he’s like
yeah it’s ok, or yeah, it’s pretty good. He’s slowly converting himself. I thought it was really good, and very easy to put together. It was served in a big soup bowl over a heaping spoonful of Read the rest of this entry »

After researching the many different ethnic cuisines of India, I learned that India’s cuisine is mostly influenced by religion, geography, climate, culture, and that good indian cooking revolves around the appropriate use of aromatic indian spices. I found this recipe a few months back from my Sunset magazine, and made a few of my own changes. The minute I saw it, I new it would be a dish that I would be making Read the rest of this entry »
Baked Ziti
