My friend Rose shared with me her version of stuffed bell peppers, with ground ham (as opposed to ground beef).  The timing could not have been better since we were feasting on a left over spiral ham from our mothers day party.  My leftover ham was a smoked ham, Read the rest of this entry »

I made this for a fun little party that I hosted recently and received rave reviews, it was really tasty!  My menu consisted of all finger foods, so of course I put out baby carrots and celery, which is almost always served with ranch dressing. I was looking for something different that consisted of fresh ingredients,  Read the rest of this entry »

After researching the many different ethnic cuisines of India, I learned that India’s cuisine is mostly influenced by religion, geography, climate, culture, and that good indian cooking revolves around the appropriate use of aromatic indian spices.  I found this recipe a few months back from my Sunset magazine, and made a few of my own changes.  The minute I saw it, I new it would be a dish that I would be making Read the rest of this entry »
